Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American model and television star. Burns made her debut on television in 1995, as the character Peg in the role of a support for the Spanish American comedy for teenagers Out of the Blue (from 1995 to 1996). Burns was part of the Baywatch cast in 1998. She then starred on Baywatch: Hawaii's second Baywatch: Hawaii version until her pregnancy made her quit the show. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American actress and fitness model as well as a tv persona, is most well-known for her role as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. The role she played on Shallow Hal, a commercially profitable film from 2001, is the reason she became popular.
